Blackberry patch

Did you get the fabulous patch from single-celled telecom provider going by the name of etisalat. Chances are if you are a berryberry user, they sent it. Usually with services like that, it means an opportunity for better service. But as my co-users would confirm, etisalat thinks service is just sending it out and not bothering to inform their support service. Ermmm ... aren't they in the business of communication? Amoeba would be proud :)
